Professional Experience:
Mr. Wilson is a Shareholder of the Wilson Legal Group P.C. He is a former associate of Jenkens & Gilchrist P.C., and senior associate of Fish & Richardson P.C. Mr. Wilson's practice is focused on the development and licensing of intellectual property, intellectual property litigation, and intellectual property portfolio management. Other legal services include the preparation of family law litigation, counseling companies in corporate formation, mergers, and acquisitions, and foreclosure and collections representation.
Mr. Wilson is a skilled intellectual property attorney, focusing largely on the application for and defense of patents and trademarks. His background in the sciences allows him to have a special appreciation and understanding of his client's inventions.
