Professional Experience:
Ms. Walter is an Associate at The Wilson Legal Group. Her practice is focused on the protection of intellectual property rights, intellectual property litigation, and complex litigation. Ms. Walter is a former Dallas County prosecutor. Ms. Walter worked in several misdemeanor courts, including the family violence court, as well as several felony courts. Ms. Walter has tried over 30 trials to verdict. Ms. Walter is also a former prosecutor for the City of Dallas where she addressed various issues related to code violations and quality of life. Ms. Walter's courtroom experience gives her special insight into the litigation process and enables her to assist clients in the preparation of the best possible defense.
