Her experience includes serving as Simulation Technician supporting CO₂ projects, Engineering Technician in Reservoir Technology, Geo Tech in Geology and East Region operations, and Business Development Specialist on the Anthropogenic CO₂ Team. Notable accomplishments include creating a custom Access database for historical well production allocation, acting as Project Manager/Liaison for multiple Department of Energy (DOE) FOA-15 Phase 1 projects with the University of Texas Bureau of Economic Geology, and coordinating complex multi-departmental agreements involving industry partners, DOE liaisons, land, accounting, HSE, pipeline, and engineering teams. Earlier in her career, she held engineering technician roles at Five States Energy Company, Queen Sand Resources, and National Energy Group.
Ms. Wilson brings practical, hands-on knowledge of oil-field operations, state and federal regulations, data analysis (Excel, Access, Geographix, ArcGIS, WellView, Carte, DSS), geological mapping, reserve estimation, and project coordination—enabling her to bridge industry needs with strategic legal counsel in intellectual property protection, licensing, contracts, and business development for energy clients.
